2Estimates & Pricing

• Final charges may vary if the actual move differs from the details shared — including time, inventory, distance, access conditions, or additional services.
• Hourly rates apply from the scheduled start time until the job is completed.
• Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, heavy items, packing materials, or special handling.

3Booking & Payments

• A confirmed booking may require a deposit.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Failure to make payment may result in service delays or additional charges.

4Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested in advance.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

5Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and efficient move, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete move details.
• Ensure clear and safe access to pickup and delivery locations.
• Secure permits, parking permissions, or elevator reservations when required.
• Properly pack items unless packing services are included.
• Disconnect appliances and prepare items before our arrival.

6Prohibited & Hazardous Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:

• Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials.
• Perishable food items.
• Illegal substances.
• Firearms or ammunition.

7Damage & Liability

• We take reasonable care when handling your belongings.
• Our liability for loss or damage is limited as permitted by law.
• Damage claims must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poorly packed items, or items packed by the customer.

8Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, mechanical issues, building restrictions, or acts of nature.
